COURSE CURRICULUM

The final semester focuses specifically on wind turbine technology, with courses on the mechanical construction and maintenance of turbines, composite blade repair, hydraulics, safety training, and advanced electrical systems unique to wind turbines. Students also learn about maintenance techniques, turbine technician roles, and the importance of SCADA systems and grid integration. Throughout the program, emphasis is placed on safety, teamwork, and environmental awareness, with practical training in fall arrest, rigging, hoisting, and ladder rescue. Industry-standard tools and software are integrated throughout the curriculum, ensuring students graduate with the skills needed to enter the rapidly growing renewable energy sector with confidence and professionalism.
