COURSE CURRICULUM

The Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Enterprise IT Management at StFX is a two-year, 48-credit program designed for students who have completed an undergraduate degree in any discipline, with no prior background in business or IT required. The program is ideal for those seeking to expand their knowledge into a new field, change the direction of their career, update their skills with the latest enterprise technologies, or pursue roles as enterprise systems consultants, IT consultants, or systems analysts. In the first year, students build a foundation in IT, enterprise systems, and business, applying concepts through hands-on experience with tools such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Lumira, ABAP, and various database, project management, and systems analysis tools. Upper-level courses in the second year focus on advanced concepts and skills necessary to design, implement, and manage enterprise systems solutions, including mobile commerce, organizational design using SAP, systems analysis, SAP implementation, and decision intelligence. Students also have the option to complete a four-month co-op work placement, gaining practical experience and workplace readiness training. Graduates are prepared for roles including enterprise systems consultant, IT consultant, systems analyst, project manager, and IT manager, equipped with both technical proficiency and strategic understanding to support modern organizations in technology-intensive environments.
