COURSE CURRICULUM

The Hospitality and Tourism Management – Travel and Tourism diploma requires 63 credits, completed over two years with four semesters. The program includes a comprehensive set of required courses divided into hospitality core and travel and tourism core subjects. The hospitality core covers foundational topics such as financial accounting for hospitality, digital technology for business math applications, communication fundamentals, microeconomics, financial management, introduction to hospitality and tourism, safety and certifications, law and ethics, human resource management, leadership and team dynamics, brand and guest experience, marketing, and a professional internship. The travel and tourism core builds specialized expertise in areas like travel and destination exploration, special interest tourism and sustainability, product and reservation fundamentals, tour and travel planning, and culminates in a tour product design capstone.
