COURSE CURRICULUM

The Business Administration – Marketing diploma requires 60 credits over two years, with 20 courses divided across four semesters. The program begins with essential business core courses including Introductory Financial Accounting I, Business Law, Business Mathematics, Communication and Presentation Skills, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Marketing Essentials, Introduction to Business, Organizational Behaviour, and Quantitative Methods. These foundational courses provide a solid understanding of business principles and prepare students for specialized marketing topics. The Marketing major includes Strategic Marketing and a selection of electives that deepen expertise in areas such as digital and social media advertising, brand building and management, marketing research and analytics, consumer experience, and integrated marketing communications. Students choose five courses from Marketing major Group A, covering practical skills like personal branding, marketing action from concept to creation, and professional selling with a focus on ethics and customer relationship management. Additionally, students select one course from Marketing major Group B, options that include Entrepreneurship, Project Management, Principles of Supply Chain Management, or Business Context for Data Analysis, allowing customization based on individual career goals. The program also includes a capstone experience, either through a business integrative project or strategic management course, providing real-world application and preparation for diverse marketing roles in today’s dynamic business environment.
