COURSE CURRICULUM

The Business Administration – Management diploma requires 60 credits across 20 courses over two years, with two semesters each year. Students complete core business courses such as Introductory Financial Accounting I, Business Law, Business Mathematics, Marketing Essentials, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Organizational Behaviour, Communication and Presentation Skills, Business Productivity Tools, and Quantitative Methods. The management major includes specialized courses like Finance for Managers, Human Resource Management, Leadership, Project Management, and International Business, which equip students with essential leadership and operational skills for managing businesses effectively. Students also choose one elective from business core courses, including options like Personal Financial Planning, Digital Marketing Foundations, Introduction to Supply Chain Management, or an additional Human Resource Management class. To cap off the program, students complete an integrative experience capstone course or Managing Strategically to apply their knowledge practically. Additionally, two more courses must be chosen from the management major electives, such as Entrepreneurship, Principles of Supply Chain Management, Economic Development Fundamentals, or Municipal Structure and Governance, allowing students to tailor their education to their career interests. This well-rounded curriculum prepares graduates for diverse business management roles in areas like human resources, finance, operations, project management, and entrepreneurship, ensuring they are ready to thrive in today’s competitive and global business environment.
