COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Business Administration Management major requires completion of 120 credits (39 courses), including at least 72 credits at the senior level. Students begin with a common first semester and declare their major in the second term. The program includes 45 credits of business core courses, 18 credits of complementary core courses, 12 credits of complementary electives, and 45 credits of management major courses. Core topics include financial accounting, business law, marketing, international business, strategic management, organizational behaviour, communication, ethics, critical thinking, and research methods. Management-specific courses build expertise in areas such as finance, project management, operations, conflict resolution, change management, and human resource management. Students also choose between a six-credit Business Capstone or Business Practicum. Elective options include junior science, humanities, and social sciences, as well as senior complementary and management electives in fields like entrepreneurship, leadership, supply chain, and international management. Senior business electives further allow students to specialize in areas such as business analytics, digital marketing, employment law, taxation, and strategic HR management. This comprehensive curriculum ensures graduates develop the leadership, analytical, and operational skills required to thrive in complex business environments and adapt effectively to changing global markets.
