COURSE CURRICULUM

The two-year track begins with a preparatory semester to build familiarity with Canadian business contexts, including courses in Project Management Fundamentals (PMI standards), Standards and Practices in the Canadian IT Industry, The Future of Work: Engagement, Productivity and Wellness, Technology in the Canadian Economy, Workplace Communications in Canada, and an elective of either Applications of Creativity and Innovation or Building Your Canadian Career Toolkit, totaling 18 credits. The following semesters mirror the one-year track, covering core project management, Agile methodologies, risk management, budgeting, advanced data analytics, capstone projects, and optional electives, totaling 18 to 19 credits per semester. The program concludes with a mandatory co-op work term or workplace simulation for one credit, giving students practical industry experience.
