COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Global Management curriculum provides a comprehensive foundation in international business through an integrated set of academic, analytical and experiential courses. You’ll begin with academic integrity, intercultural studies and communication for international business, establishing the ethical and cultural awareness needed to work globally. Core courses such as corporate and international finance, political geography and international economics, international business strategy and international accounting tools deepen your understanding of global markets and financial systems. You’ll also study international marketing, global operations and supply chain management, and ethics, law and corporate social responsibility to understand how organizations navigate cross-border operations while upholding responsible practices. Courses in leading a global workforce, managing change in global contexts and applied research and business analytics help you develop managerial competence and the ability to make evidence-based decisions. Experiential learning is supported through the International Gateway, internship preparation, and the option to complete either the Global Management Project or the Internship Research Project, each offering hands-on application of your learning in real organizational settings. Together, these courses equip you with the strategic, analytical and cross-cultural communication skills required to lead effectively and ethically in international business environments.
