COURSE CURRICULUM

The Business Administration – Marketing program at RRC Polytech spans two years and is designed to equip students with a comprehensive foundation in business principles while providing specialized knowledge in marketing. In the first year, students complete core courses including Accounting Fundamentals, Communication Strategies, Human Resource Management, Business Mathematics, and Marketing Foundations, followed by courses in Research Methods, Organizational Behaviour, Communication for Business, Integrated Marketing Communications, Economics, and Consumer Behaviour, along with electives such as Personal Finance, Project Management, and Event Planning. The second year focuses on advanced marketing and business concepts, including Ethics, Diversity and Sustainability, Client Relationships, Professional Selling, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Marketing Strategy, complemented by electives in Management Information Systems, Sustainable Business, Human Resources Communications, and Tourism and Hospitality-related courses. The final term also includes Business Strategy, Business Law, International Marketing, Service Marketing, Leadership, and additional marketing-focused and HR electives. Throughout the program, students engage in applied learning, case studies, and collaborative projects that develop practical skills, critical thinking, and strategic decision-making abilities. Graduates are prepared for diverse career opportunities in marketing, advertising, digital media, brand management, sales strategy, and customer engagement, with flexibility to pursue further studies or professional certifications, making them ready to thrive in dynamic business environments.
