COURSE CURRICULUM

The Business Administration – Financial Services program at RRC Polytech provides a comprehensive education in both foundational business principles and specialized financial services knowledge. In the first year, students build a strong base through courses in accounting fundamentals, communication strategies, human resource management, business mathematics, marketing foundations, research methods, organizational behaviour, economics, personal finance, and financial mathematics, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of business operations. In the second year, the program focuses on developing expertise in financial services and client management, with courses covering ethics, diversity and sustainability, client relationships, fundamentals of insurance, financial services selling, Canadian investment funds, business strategy, business law, commercial insurance, and personal financial planning.
