COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in Analytics program is structured to provide students with a comprehensive foundation in research, data analysis, and applied analytics through a combination of core, specialization, elective, and methods courses, totaling 18 credits. The core component includes Research Foundations and a Major Research Project, both graded on a pass/fail basis, designed to develop critical research skills and allow students to engage in supervised, in-depth research. Specialization courses focus on advanced analytical techniques such as Deterministic Operations Research Models and Analysis of Supply Chains, equipping students with the technical expertise to model and optimize complex systems in operations and logistics. Elective courses, which are approved by the supervisor, offer flexibility for students to tailor their program according to individual interests, with options including Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence, allowing for practical application of data-driven solutions. Methods and related field courses provide essential quantitative and statistical skills, covering Econometrics Methods and Applied Statistics and Econometrics, ensuring students gain proficiency in modeling, analysis, and interpretation of complex datasets.
