COURSE CURRICULUM

The Queen’s Executive MBA Program is a 16-month, intensive program in which students complete 23 courses totaling 60 units, including 22 required courses and one elective, all of which must be completed at Queen’s within the year of registration to meet graduation requirements. The curriculum is designed to equip senior professionals with the knowledge, skills, and strategic perspective needed to excel in global business environments. Core courses cover a wide range of disciplines, including leadership, finance, accounting, marketing, operations, law, innovation, change management, negotiations, strategic sales, digital strategy, and analytics. Students also engage in applied learning through a global business project and an individual project, allowing them to integrate theoretical insights with practical problem-solving in real-world contexts. The program emphasizes developing executive leadership capabilities, managing human capital, leveraging big data and artificial intelligence, and navigating complex global markets.
