COURSE CURRICULUM

Business Administration Diploma with a specialization in Management, students must fulfill all general diploma requirements while selecting a focused set of management-related elective courses that build leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. The specialization requires completion of BUAD 176 Professional Sales, which develops communication, persuasion, and client relationship skills, and BUAD 269 Human Resources Management, which provides an understanding of workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational behavior. In addition, students must choose two courses from a list of advanced management and business electives to further strengthen their expertise. These options include BUAD 215 Restaurant Management, BUAD 220 Hotel Management, BUAD 225 Selected Topics: Management, BUAD 279 Industrial Relations, BUAD 283 Management Information Systems, BUAD 289 Purchasing and Materials Management, BUAD 293 Entrepreneurship, BUAD 298 Small Business Management, and BUAD 382 Operations Management. This flexible structure allows students to tailor their studies according to their career interests in areas such as operations, entrepreneurship, hospitality management, or supply chain systems. The specialization is designed to develop practical leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking, preparing graduates for supervisory and managerial roles in a wide range of industries or for further studies in business and management fields.
