COURSE CURRICULUM

Business Administration Diploma with a specialization in Human Resources Management, students must meet all general diploma requirements while focusing on a set of HR-specific elective courses that build knowledge and skills in managing people within organizations. The core required course for this specialization is BUAD 269 Human Resources Management, which introduces key HR concepts such as workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and organizational policies. In addition to this, students must complete three courses from a selection of human resource-focused subjects. These include BUAD 201 Conflict Resolution and Negotiation, BUAD 246 Recruitment and Selection, BUAD 247 Training and Development, BUAD 248 Occupational Health and Safety, BUAD 224 Selected Topics: Human Resources, and BUAD 279 Industrial Relations. This combination of courses allows students to develop practical skills in hiring and staffing, employee training, workplace safety, conflict management, and labor relations.
