COURSE CURRICULUM

(BBA) degree requires the successful completion of a minimum of 120 credit hours, including core business courses, electives, and general education components. The program begins with foundational business courses such as Financial Accounting, Marketing, Management Principles, and Financial Management. It also incorporates key functional areas like Business Law, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources Management, and Management Accounting.Students will engage in strategic and analytical decision-making through courses like Strategic Management and Management Science, and they must complete either a Business Simulation or Entrepreneurship course to develop practical business skills. Communication and quantitative literacy are emphasized through Professional Writing, Business Mathematics, Business Statistics, and courses in Microeconomics and Macroeconomics. Business Ethics provides a critical understanding of responsible corporate conduct.To tailor their studies, students must complete 21 credits of upper-level (300 or above) business electives and 15 credits of business electives at the 100 level or above. Additionally, students are required to complete 12 credits of upper-level business or non-business electives, 3 credits of lower-level business or non-business electives, and 9 credits of lower-level non-business electives. This structure ensures that graduates gain both in-depth business expertise and a broad-based academic foundation suited for diverse career opportunities or further education.
