COURSE CURRICULUM

Diploma in Management Science is a two-year program that provides students with a strong foundation in analytical and managerial skills essential for solving today’s business challenges. In the first year, students complete core courses in microeconomics, macroeconomics, financial and managerial accounting, business mathematics, management principles, and quantitative methods or statistics. The year also includes two closed electives that allow students to tailor their studies to their interests. In the second year, the curriculum advances into topics such as managerial economics, strategic management, corporate finance, operations management, and management science, culminating in an integrated strategic management seminar. Students also complete three additional closed electives, choosing from a broad range of subjects such as marketing, business law, project management, entrepreneurship, human resource management, sustainability, and organizational behavior. This structure ensures that graduates develop a well-rounded skill set, including financial analysis, data interpretation, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.
