COURSE CURRICULUM

The Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in International Business requires students to complete 60 credits to graduate, combining foundational business courses with specialized international business studies. The Post-Baccalaureate Core includes essential courses such as Introductory Financial Accounting I and II, Business Mathematics, Introduction to Microeconomics, Marketing Concepts, and Introduction to Organizational Behaviour. Additional core subjects cover Management Accounting and Control, Research in Management, Business Decision Making, Business Ethics, Commercial Law, Business Statistics, and culminate with Business Strategy and Policy I. These courses provide students with a strong foundation in business principles, quantitative skills, and ethical decision-making. The Area of Concentration focuses on international business, requiring students to complete all of the following courses: Introduction to Intercultural Management, Change Management and Innovation Leadership, International Financial Management, Financial Management I, International Marketing, and International Management. These courses prepare students to navigate the complexities of global markets, cross-cultural communication, and financial management in an international context. Students must also choose three credits from specialized courses or projects, such as Special Project (iLEAD International Expedition), International Economics, or the Field-Based Consulting Project (iLEAD International Expedition). This comprehensive program equips graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue careers in global business, international marketing, finance, and management, preparing them to lead and innovate in diverse international environments.
