COURSE CURRICULUM

The Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Business Administration requires students to complete 60 credits to graduate. The program consists of a comprehensive Post-Baccalaureate Core that includes essential courses such as Introductory Financial Accounting I and II, Business Mathematics, Introduction to Microeconomics, Marketing Concepts, and Introduction to Organizational Behaviour. Additional core courses cover Management Accounting and Control, Research in Management, Business Decision Making, Business Ethics, Commercial Law, Business Statistics, and culminate with Business Strategy and Policy I. Alongside the core requirements, students must fulfill the Area of Concentration requirements, which include courses designed to enhance practical business skills and leadership abilities. These courses include Business Communication and Case Analysis, Introduction to Entrepreneurship, Change Management and Innovation Leadership, Operations Management, Financial Management I, Information Systems, and International Management. This well-rounded curriculum is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in business principles, analytical skills, ethical considerations, and leadership competencies, preparing them for diverse careers in business and management across various industries.
