COURSE CURRICULUM

The Specialization in Environmental Geography (BA) at Nipissing University requires students to complete 120 credits, including 54 credits specific to the specialization, while fulfilling the Bachelor of Arts (four-year) degree requirements, which include first-year regulations, subject maximums, and breadth requirements. Students must maintain a minimum 60% average in the 54 specialization credits. Students must also complete 6 credits from biology and environmental science electives like BIOL 1007 Introduction to Organismal and Evolutionary Biology, BIOL 2337 The Biology of Seed Plants, or ENSC 2006 Topics in Environmental Science I. Breadth requirements include ACAD 1601 (3 credits), 3 credits in Humanities, and 60 elective credits.
