COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Science in Applied Human Nutrition (MSAHN) at Mount Saint Vincent University requires the completion of 5.0 units, which includes 3.5 units of coursework and a 1.5-unit thesis, offering students the flexibility to complete the degree on a full-time or part-time basis. The program begins with 1.5 units of required coursework in GAHN 6691, providing foundational knowledge and research skills essential for advanced study in nutrition science and applied practice.
