COURSE CURRICULUM

The Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) major within the Bachelor of Business Administration program at Mount Saint Vincent University is designed to develop advanced expertise in aligning human resource practices with organizational strategy, preparing students for leadership roles in workforce management.
