COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Management requires students to complete a total of 6.0 units selected from a comprehensive list of management courses designed to develop leadership, organizational, and strategic skills applicable across business, nonprofit, and public sector environments. Courses available for the major include BUSI 1112, 2011, 2012, 2202, 2214, 2215, 2255, 2601, 3306, 3308, 3311, 3312, 3313, 3314, 3316, 4400, THMT 2225, 3323, 3401, and 3402, providing students with foundational and advanced knowledge in areas such as operations, project management, organizational behavior, and strategic decision-making. In addition, students must complete a minimum of 1.0 unit from more specialized management courses, including BUSI 4406, 4410, 4412, 4413, 4414, 4415, 4416, 4417, 4418, 4419, or 4446, which focus on leadership, strategic planning, human resources, and advanced management practices. The program emphasizes practical and theoretical learning to ensure graduates are prepared to manage complex organizational challenges, lead teams effectively, and contribute to organizational success. Students completing a major in management gain valuable skills for careers in corporate leadership, nonprofit administration, government, and consulting.
