COURSE CURRICULUM

Health Studies program at Mount Allison provides students with a comprehensive foundation in health, integrating life sciences, social sciences, and humanities, while preparing them for diverse careers in medicine, public health, policy, social work, and global health. Students take core courses including HLTH 1001 — Health and Society, HLTH 1011 — Foundations of Health Inquiry, HLTH 2001 — The Canadian Health Care System, HLTH 2011 — Health Research and Analysis, HLTH 3001 — Health Communications, and HLTH 3011 — Epidemiology and Public Health, which collectively develop skills in health analysis, research, communication, and critical thinking.
