COURSE CURRICULUM

Bachelor of Commerce – Digital Business Management program offers a comprehensive eight-semester curriculum that blends foundational business education with specialized digital and technological training. In the first year, students study core subjects such as financial accounting, micro and macroeconomics, business law, marketing, organizational behaviour, and statistics, laying the groundwork for understanding business operations. In the second year, they develop communication skills, explore business information systems, and take courses in human resources, ethics, values, and customer service, along with deeper statistical analysis. The third year marks a transition to more specialized digital topics, including e-commerce, web development, financial management, operations management, consumer behaviour, and business research methods. Students also begin developing user-centric design skills and career strategies. In the fourth year, the focus shifts to advanced digital business competencies, including database systems, digital marketing, mobile development, supply chain management, product and quality management, and data science for business analytics. They engage in hands-on learning through field experience (DIGI 3099), allowing them to apply classroom knowledge in real-world settings. A capstone applied business project and a study of current issues in digital business round out the final semester. Electives throughout allow for customization of interests, while degree breadth electives support a well-rounded education. The program prepares graduates for careers in e-commerce, digital marketing, data analysis, and more.
