COURSE CURRICULUM

This program provides a comprehensive and strategic exploration of artificial intelligence (AI) in organizational contexts, focusing on developing leaders who can guide AI transformation across sectors. Over two semesters, students complete 672 hours of study bridging the gap between AI technology and business leadership. In the first semester, courses such as agile project management, AI strategy and change, AI ethics and policy, innovation and entrepreneurship, and AI applications in human resources and management fundamentals help students understand how to responsibly manage and integrate AI in real-world business settings. The second semester builds on this foundation with a focus on applied skills, including analytical decision-making, AI in marketing and finance, and technical courses in machine learning and deep learning. The program culminates in a capstone project where students lead the development of a real-world AI initiative. This hands-on experience enables students to demonstrate their ability to design, lead, and evaluate AI strategies aligned with organizational goals. Upon graduation, students are equipped not only with a deep understanding of AI tools and frameworks but also with the leadership skills necessary to implement and manage AI solutions responsibly. Career pathways include roles such as AI strategy consultants, transformation managers, innovation leads, or project directors in various sectors.
