COURSE CURRICULUM

The Flight Attendant program is structured over two semesters and provides a comprehensive curriculum to prepare students for careers in the airline and hospitality industries. In the first semester, students develop foundational skills through courses such as French for the Hospitality Industry, The Flight Attendant, Certifications for the Hospitality Industry, Introduction to Hospitality Services, and Dynamics of Hospitality and Tourism, along with a communications course selected during registration. These courses establish language proficiency, industry knowledge, and communication skills essential for the profession, totaling 252 hours of study. The second semester builds on this foundation with courses focused on customer service, North American Destinations, Airline Safety and Security, advanced French language training, and Airline Software, again totaling 252 hours. The program blends theoretical learning with practical applications to ensure students acquire the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to provide exceptional passenger service and maintain safety in airline operations. Emphasis on passenger safety and emergency procedures, combined with language and customer service training, prepares graduates to meet the challenges of the dynamic airline environment and deliver quality experiences for travelers. Altogether, the program offers 504 hours of instruction, equipping students to succeed as professional flight attendants.
