COURSE CURRICULUM

The Supply Chain and Operations Management program offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to build a strong foundation in business and specialized supply chain functions. In the first semester, students study key business areas such as accounting, financial planning, human resources, marketing, and an introduction to supply chain management. As they progress to semester two, they develop communication skills and gain knowledge in economics, business mathematics, and logistics, transportation, and operations management. The third semester introduces ERP systems, supply chain analytics, procurement, planning, scheduling, and career preparation. Semester four focuses on lean principles, global operations, integrated supply chain management, execution and control, and statistics. By semester five, students engage in advanced topics including enterprise resource planning, project management, quality management systems, materials and engineering management, business analytics, and supply chain operations for the public sector. In the final semester, students complete a field placement alongside coursework in facilities management, leadership, process improvement, advanced SCM applications, and a capstone project focused on business decisions in supply chain. With general education electives spread throughout and career preparation embedded in the program, graduates emerge with a strong blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, ready to meet the growing demands of the global supply chain and operations industry.
