COURSE CURRICULUM

In the first semester, students are introduced to accounting, business computer applications, financial planning, human resource management, marketing, and supply chain management. The second semester builds on these foundations with communication skills, advanced computer applications, business mathematics, and further exploration of human resources, including organizational behaviour and conflict resolution. In the third semester, students focus on recruitment, training, career development, HR-specific computer applications, and statistics. The fourth semester adds macroeconomics, ethics, occupational health and safety, HR information systems, data analytics, and employment law. In the fifth semester, students prepare for field placement while studying labour economics, compensation, HR planning, leadership, and project management. The final semester includes managerial accounting, an HR field placement, advanced HR computer applications, employee relations, and cross-functional collaboration, providing a well-rounded education for future HR professionals.
