COURSE CURRICULUM

In Semester 1, students build a solid foundation in key business areas with courses in accounting, business computer applications, financial planning, human resource management, marketing, and supply chain management. Semester 2 expands on this base, introducing more advanced accounting and computer skills, communication foundations, macroeconomics, and business law specific to accounting, along with business mathematics and a general education elective. Semester 3 deepens knowledge with intermediate and managerial accounting, business communications, accounting software applications, statistics, project management for accounting, and another general education elective. In Semester 4, students explore taxation, advanced accounting topics, microeconomics, management information systems, and engage in critical thinking and ethics, supported by a general education elective. Semester 5 focuses on auditing, advanced taxation, further intermediate and managerial accounting, and introduces business finance and a field placement seminar. In the final semester, students study advanced auditing, financial accounting, integrated accounting strategy, participate in a field placement, and develop skills in business finance and cross-functional collaboration.
