COURSE CURRICULUM

The Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in International Supply Chain Management consists of 60 credits of coursework designed to develop a strong foundation in global trade, supply chain operations, and international business strategy. Core courses include Financial and Managerial Accounting for Managers, Management Essentials, Business Statistics, Introductory Marketing, and Operations Management. Students choose between Fundamentals of Business or Globalization and the World Economy, and between Excel for Business or Business Mathematics to tailor the foundational component to their background. Advanced topics are explored through courses such as Trade in the Global Marketplace, Global Trade Finance, Global Supply Chain Management, Supply Materials Management, Continuous Improvement, and Supply Chain Planning. Legal and strategic understanding is developed through Fundamentals of International Trade Law, Business Entry Strategies in International Markets, and Business Strategy & Competitive Analysis. Project Management Essentials and International Marketing further support the development of leadership and strategic skills. Students must also select two electives from Systems Analysis and Design, Marketing Research, or Experiential Learning & Internship, offering flexibility for technical, analytical, or applied learning paths. The curriculum integrates cross-functional business competencies with a strong international focus. Additionally, students can opt into a Co-operative Education term (COOP 1100), earning 9 extra credits and raising the total to 69, providing valuable industry experience. The program also includes automatic enrollment in the Forum for International Trade Training (FITT) Diploma, allowing graduates to earn an industry-recognized credential in international trade upon completion, significantly enhancing their global career prospects.
