COURSE CURRICULUM

The Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Hospitality Services Management is a comprehensive two-year program totaling 60 credits, designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills required for leadership roles in the hospitality industry. In the first year, students complete 30 credits covering foundational courses such as Accounting for Managers, Human Resources, Food and Beverage Service Operations, Front Desk Operations, Beverage Management, Food and Beverage Cost Controls, Hospitality Sales and Advertising, Hospitality Business Policy, Hospitality Event Planning, and Introductory Marketing. These courses provide a solid understanding of operational and managerial aspects of hospitality services. In the second year, students undertake another 30 credits with courses focused on the global business environment, organizational management skills, revenue management, and strategic management specific to hospitality. Additionally, they engage in a capstone course, Sustainable Events Simulation, which allows them to apply their learning in a practical setting. The curriculum also includes marketing-related subjects such as Buyer Behaviour, eMarketing, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales Management, rounding out their expertise in both management and marketing within the hospitality sector.
