COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Organizational Management program is designed to develop advanced leadership, analytical, and strategic skills needed to manage organizations in complex and changing environments. The core curriculum consists of 24 credit hours and provides a comprehensive foundation in organizational theory and practice. Students study organizational behaviour to understand individual and group dynamics at work, alongside organizational culture and communication to strengthen collaboration and leadership effectiveness. Strategic organizational management and vision and management focus on long-term planning, goal setting, and aligning organizational vision with operational outcomes. Financial management in organizations equips students with the ability to interpret financial information and make informed managerial decisions, while corporate social responsibility and managerial ethics emphasize ethical leadership, sustainability, and responsible decision-making. Managing organizations in social change and leading organizational change address how organizations adapt to economic, technological, and social transformations, preparing students to guide teams through uncertainty and innovation. In addition to the core courses, students complete 6 credit hours of electives at the 6000 level in management or organizational management, allowing them to tailor the program to their professional interests or career goals. Overall, the program integrates theory and practice to prepare graduates for leadership roles in diverse sectors, including business, non-profit, and public organizations, where effective management and ethical leadership are essential.
