The Cloud Data Management and Collaboration Solutions program at Conestoga College is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in today’s fast-evolving digital economy. Spanning four levels, this comprehensive program covers a wide range of topics that prepare graduates for dynamic roles in technology-driven organizations. At Level 1, foundational courses such as Business Communications, Business Document Writing, Requirements Engineering, and Agile Principles lay the groundwork for effective communication and project management skills. Students also explore Content Management Systems and develop essential leadership capabilities. Level 2 focuses on core technical skills with courses in Cloud Content Administration, Information Technology Service Management, Cloud Content Collaboration, User Experience, and Networking Fundamentals, ensuring a solid understanding of cloud environments and IT infrastructure. Moving into Level 3, students deepen their expertise with advanced topics like Information Technology Governance, Data Flow, SharePoint Online Administration, and Database Applications, alongside a Capstone project that integrates their learning through practical application. Level 4 emphasizes career readiness and specialized skills with courses such as Starting a Consulting Practice, Cloud Solutions Administration, Collaborative Environmental Processes, Career Management, and a second Capstone project, preparing students to confidently enter the workforce or advance in their careers.
