COURSE CURRICULUM

The Supply Chain Management – Global program at Conestoga is structured into two levels designed to equip students with comprehensive skills for managing complex global supply chains. In Level 1, students are introduced to foundational concepts such as management and leadership skills, global procurement, and logistics management. Courses also cover business process integration, enterprise resource planning systems, demand and customer relationship management, and global supply chain management, providing a broad understanding of how supply chains operate on an international scale. In Level 2, students focus on advanced topics including business analytics, decision-making, and global logistics management. A capstone project allows students to apply their acquired knowledge to real-world supply chain challenges. Additionally, students choose from various electives tailored to specific industry needs, such as aerospace, automotive, and warehouse logistics supply chains, as well as sustainability and quality management in these sectors. Electives like global procurement management II, continuous improvement, and warehouse logistics quality deepen specialized expertise, ensuring graduates are well-prepared to handle diverse supply chain environments. This program blends strategic management, operational excellence, and industry-specific knowledge, preparing students to meet the growing demand for skilled supply chain professionals. Through practical learning and a variety of course options, graduates will be capable of making informed decisions that enhance efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness in the global marketplace.
