The Business Administration – Accounting Accelerated program offers a well-rounded curriculum designed to build a strong foundation in accounting principles and business skills over six levels. In Level 1, students begin with essential courses such as Introductory Financial Accounting I, Interpersonal and Group Dynamics, Business Mathematics, Marketing, and Supply Chain and Operations Management, establishing a solid business base. Level 2 advances these skills with Introductory Financial Accounting II, Excel in Accounting, Professional Writing Skills, Microeconomics, Business Mathematics II, and Project Management, integrating technical and communication skills vital for the accounting profession. At Level 3, courses focus on Intermediate Financial Accounting I, Accounting Applications, Macroeconomics, Finance I, and a general education elective, enhancing students’ understanding of financial systems and economic environments. Level 4 deepens this knowledge with Cost and Management Accounting I, Intermediate Financial Accounting II, Accounting and Management Information Systems, Statistics, and another general education elective, emphasizing analytical and managerial competencies. Level 5 introduces advanced technical skills through Advanced Excel and Critical Data Analysis, Cost and Management Accounting II, Advanced Financial Accounting, Tax I, and Finance II, preparing students for complex accounting tasks. Finally, Level 6 completes the program with Internal Control and External Auditing, Tax II, Accounting Applications II, Organizational Behaviour, Business Law, and Career Success courses, integrating practical knowledge with soft skills essential for career advancement.
