COURSE CURRICULUM

The International Business Management Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) program at Conestoga offers a comprehensive curriculum that prepares students for global business careers through a blend of core courses, electives, and co-op work terms. In the early levels, students build foundational skills in organizational behavior, economics, accounting, marketing, operations management, and information management, alongside academic communications and business math. As the program advances, students take specialized courses in managerial accounting, sustainability, international marketing, global supply chain management, business analytics, project management, business law, finance, and international business strategy. The program emphasizes applied learning through co-op work terms and offers electives that cover diverse areas such as environmental economics, human resource management, supply chain logistics, professional sales, recruitment, advanced marketing, and sustainability practices. Students can also explore region-specific business courses like Doing Business with Latin America, China, India, or the European Union. The curriculum integrates research methods, conflict management, leadership skills, and corporate social responsibility to develop well-rounded global business professionals. A key feature of the program is the option to select a major after the second year, including Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management, or Sustainability Management, providing students with specialized knowledge in their chosen field.
