COURSE CURRICULUM

The program consists of six courses totaling 18 credits. Core courses include: Environmental Public Health Foundations, Epidemiology for Environmental Public Health, Risk Assessment and Management, Environmental Health Policy and Law, Applied Research Methods in Public Health, and a Capstone Project. Students explore topics such as microbial hazards, toxicology, air and water quality management, and emergency response planning. The curriculum combines lectures, case studies, and practical assignments to develop analytical and problem-solving skills. The capstone project allows students to apply learned concepts to a real environmental public health issue, fostering research and presentation abilities.
