COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Management program requires the successful completion of 120 credits, distributed across core, business, management, elective, and internship components. Students must complete 6 credits of English (ENG) courses to satisfy the core requirement. The Business component consists of 39 credits, including foundational courses such as ECO 101 and 102, ACCT 101 and 102, BUS 110 and 120, BUS 112 or MAT 151 (BUS 112 recommended), BUS 210, BUS 220, BUS 250, FIN 201, and MARK 201 and 223. The Management section adds 27 credits, with required courses in FIN 325, HRM 220, MGT 320 and 323, LDR 301 and 402, MGT 417 and 440, and MGT 474. Students must also complete 45 credits of electives, which may include a minor or an emphasis; however, Business cannot be selected as a minor. A 3-credit internship (MGT 498) is also mandatory, offering practical experience. To fulfill additional requirements, students must either achieve a minimum grade of 75% in Math 30-1 or 30-2, or hold credit in BUS 111. Completion of AIT 100 is also required. For students selecting an emphasis in Accounting, a minimum of 12 credits in unspecified 300- or 400-level ACCT courses is necessary. Courses used to fulfill core program requirements in section 10.3.1.C cannot be counted toward emphasis requirements. This structured yet flexible program allows students to tailor their degree toward specific career goals while ensuring a comprehensive foundation in management principles and real-world application through internships.
