COURSE CURRICULUM

The program requires 60 credits over two years, including six credits in first-year English, six credits in Mathematics (e.g., Calculus), six credits in first-year lab sciences, 36 credits in second-year sciences across at least two subject areas (with a focus on Biology), six credits in non-English Arts, six credits in Arts, Science or other areas, and six credits in Humanities or Social Sciences. Core Biology courses include BIOL 101 (Introduction to Biology I), BIOL 102 (Introduction to Biology II), BIOL 201 (Cell Biology), BIOL 202 (Principles of Ecology), and options like BIOL 203 (Microbiology) or BIOL 206 (Genetics). Supporting courses cover Chemistry (CHEM 101, 102, 201, 202), Physics or other sciences, and electives. Emphasis is on lab work, field studies, and research methods.
