COURSE CURRICULUM

The curriculum includes foundational courses in mathematics, physics, and electrical engineering fundamentals such as circuits, electronics, and electromagnetics. Specialized biomedical courses cover topics like biomechanics, biomedical instrumentation, signal and image processing, and medical imaging. Students also study computer programming, digital systems, and control systems. Advanced electives may include neural engineering, bioinformatics, and health informatics. The program requires a capstone design project where students develop a biomedical device or system. Co-op options allow for practical experience. General education courses in humanities and social sciences are included to broaden perspectives.
