COURSE CURRICULUM

The program spans two semesters and includes courses such as Anatomy and Physiology, Personal Care Skills, Nutrition and Health Promotion, Mental Health and Addictions, Palliative Care, and Professional Growth. Practical training involves lab simulations and field placements in community and institutional settings. Students develop competencies in safe patient handling, infection control, and documentation. The curriculum integrates theory with hands-on experience to ensure graduates can perform tasks like assisting with medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing end-of-life care.
