COURSE CURRICULUM

The Professional Real Estate program is structured over two levels, with Level 3 consisting of a 15-week term and Level 4 spanning 20 weeks, totaling 110 credits. In Level 3, students take foundational courses such as Real Estate Market Economics, Marketing Research, Business Negotiation Skills, Real Estate Financing, Building a Sustainable Real Estate Business, and Real Estate Law and Principles. These courses provide students with a solid understanding of economic factors, legal frameworks, financing options, and sustainable business strategies essential to the real estate industry. Level 4 focuses on more advanced and practical applications, including Real Estate Practice and Contracts, Residential and Commercial Real Property Valuation, and Marketing Analytics for Strategic Decisions. Additionally, students complete a Real Estate Business Consulting Project that fosters collaboration and problem-solving skills in real-world scenarios. The program includes a practicum, offering hands-on experience within the industry, along with courses in Real Estate Development Foundation, Analysis of Development Potential, and Current Issues in Real Estate to keep students informed of evolving market trends. Students also learn to build and deliver winning real estate proposals, equipping them with the skills necessary for successful client engagement and business development.
