COURSE CURRICULUM

The Technology Support Professional certificate program consists of a comprehensive set of courses totaling 50 credits, designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge required for tech support roles. The program begins with foundational courses such as Network Fundamentals and Network Operations/Security, each worth 5.5 credits, which introduce students to essential networking concepts and security practices. Students then build on this knowledge with Operating System Fundamentals for Admins (5 credits) and a Linux Troubleshooting Project (4 credits), gaining practical experience in managing and resolving issues in different operating systems.
