MGMT1102 covers organizational sustainability, emphasizing ethical and environmental responsibilities, while SCMT2201 introduces operations management and the design of business processes. SCMT2101 covers the basics of supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, and operations, and MGMT2401 expands on macroeconomics, focusing on national income, business cycles, and fiscal policies.In Year Two, Term Three of the Business Administration diploma program, students will complete key courses that deepen their expertise in management, analytics, and supply chain operations. MGMT2304 covers business analytics, teaching students to use tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI to make data-driven decisions. HRES2201 examines human resource functions, including legal requirements and work culture initiatives, while SCMT2302 builds negotiation skills critical for supply chain managers.
