1) You can only work in Australia if you hold an Australian Student Visa or Subclass 500.

1)As an international student, you can work for a maximum number of 48 hours per fortnight while your classes are in session.

2)International students can work unlimited hours on vacations.
3) Although there is an exception for students who are enrolled in master’s by research or doctoral programs. They can work for unlimited hours while taking their classes.

4) You have the right to stand against bullying or any kind of sexual harassment act towards you.
5) You have the right to file an application against unfair dismissal with the Fair Work Commission within 21 days.
6) You must be issued a payslip within one working day of getting paid, as it keeps the record of your earnings as well as taxation.
7) Your employer must have insurance for you in case you get sick or hurt while working.
