COURSE CURRICULUM

This program is structured as a 240-credit-point Bachelor of Laws (Graduate Entry) (Honours) degree designed to provide an intensive and professionally accredited legal education. The Core component consists of 190 credit points and includes the foundational and advanced law subjects required to meet the academic standards for admission to legal practice in Australia. These core subjects typically cover essential areas such as contracts, torts, criminal law, constitutional law, administrative law, property law, equity and trusts, legal ethics, and dispute resolution, ensuring students build a strong and comprehensive understanding of the Australian legal system. Alongside this, students complete 50 credit points of LLB Alternate Subjects, which allow them to tailor their studies according to personal interests or career goals. These electives may include specialised areas such as international law, human rights, corporate law, environmental law, or clinical legal practice, depending on availability.
