COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Supply Chain Management at Victoria University is a 192-credit-point postgraduate program designed to build advanced skills in global logistics, procurement, and operations management. The course is structured into business core units, professional core units, ethics and capstone studies, and elective units, ensuring students develop both strong business foundations and specialised supply chain expertise. The business core units provide essential knowledge in accounting for management, business economics, data analysis, and organisational systems, which support effective decision-making in commercial environments. The professional core units focus on key areas of supply chain practice, including international supply chain structures, global procurement, operations management, logistics management, green logistics, strategic business policy, and ERP-based planning and control systems. Students also study business analytics and visualisation, which helps them interpret data for improved supply chain performance and efficiency. Ethical and sustainable business practices are reinforced through the Business Ethics and Sustainability unit, ensuring graduates understand environmental and social responsibilities in global trade.
