COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Computer Science at the University of Wollongong is a 96-credit-point postgraduate program designed to provide advanced knowledge and practical skills in computing, software development, and information technology. The course includes 48 credit points of core subjects that build a strong foundation in programming, algorithms, data structures, software development, and IT project management. These core subjects equip students with the technical and analytical capabilities needed to solve complex computing problems and develop innovative technology solutions. In addition to the core component, students complete 18 credit points in a chosen specialisation, with Software Engineering (MAJ40372) being one of the available options.
