COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) Advanced with a Supply Chain Management specialisation consists of 96 credit points and is designed to develop strong managerial capabilities along with advanced expertise in managing end-to-end supply chain operations. The program includes 60 credit points of core MBA subjects that provide a solid foundation in essential business areas such as strategy, leadership, economics, finance, marketing, operations, and data-informed decision-making. These core subjects help students understand how organisations operate in competitive global markets and how supply chain decisions influence overall business performance. A capstone subject is also included, which is completed after the core units and provides an integrative learning experience where students apply their knowledge to real-world business problems through collaborative projects or consulting-style case studies. In addition, students complete 24 credit points in the Supply Chain Management specialisation (MAJ41556), which focuses on the planning, coordination, and optimisation of the flow of goods, services, and information across the entire supply chain. This includes sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory management, transportation, and distribution, as well as supplier and customer relationship management. The specialisation also develops skills in operational efficiency, cost reduction, and process improvement across global supply networks. By combining core MBA knowledge, a capstone experience, and specialised supply chain training, the program prepares graduates for careers in logistics management, procurement, operations, supply planning, and other roles within global supply chain and business operations sectors.
