COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Business (Supply Chain Management) is a 144-credit point undergraduate degree completed over three years of full-time study. In the first year, students complete core business foundation subjects that introduce essential areas such as accounting principles, economics, marketing, management, business law, and responsible business practices. These subjects provide a broad understanding of how organisations operate and how business decisions are made in different industries. In the second and third years, students specialise in the Supply Chain Management major, where they study the complete lifecycle of products and services, from sourcing raw materials through production, logistics, distribution, consumption, and disposal. Key areas of study include procurement, logistics management, inventory control, operations management, transportation systems, supplier and customer relationship management, and business process improvement. Students also learn how supply chains support organisational efficiency and global trade while developing analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex business operations. The program focuses on both technical processes and strategic decision-making within supply chain networks. In the final year, students complete a capstone subject where they apply their learning to real-world business challenges, often collaborating with students from other disciplines to simulate professional environments. Students may also undertake internships to gain practical industry experience while earning academic credit. Overall, the curriculum prepares graduates for careers in logistics, procurement, inventory management, operations, and supply chain coordination across various industries.
